Full job description

we are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Chef to join our growing team in Dubai.

We are an organic, wellness-focused kitchen creating nourishing meals made with high-quality ingredients, free from seed oils and unnecessary additives. We believe healthy food should be both deeply nourishing and genuinely delicious.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute Organic Sano menu items to a consistently high standard
• Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Assist with menu development and recipe refinement
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards are upheld at all times
• Manage prep schedules, stock rotation, and inventory
• Work closely with the team to support daily meal plan production, catering orders, and special events

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Chef or Sous Chef
• Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
• Passion for healthy, wholesome food and high-quality ingredients
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
• Experience with meal prep, catering, or health-focused concepts is a plus
