JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Breakfast Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year’s experience of running your own kitchen.
You will be responsible for preparing the kitchen to serve the breakfast menu ensuring that all food safety standards are met. This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

• Oversee all aspects of food preparation and cooking to ensure safety; quality and consistency.
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and training where necessary.
• Develop new recipes and menu items that reflect current culinary trends.
• Report to the management regarding maintenance of the inventory and requirements to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor food presentation and portion control to uphold restaurant standards.

• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
• Strong knowledge of food production techniques and kitchen management.
• Excellent cooking skills with an emphasis on creativity and presentation.
• Awareness and understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Previous experience in hospitality is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• A passion for culinary excellence and commitment to high-quality service.
