JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to work in our Breakfast team in delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and preparation, along with proven supervisory and team management skills. This role requires a deep understanding of food safety practices and a commitment to maintaining high standards in both food quality and kitchen operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in a similar Chef role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure on variable hours shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
    Please note that the pay rate will be based on National Minimum Wage as per the candidate’s age.

  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper storage of food items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Clearing the tables and dish washing after the breakfasts.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop new menu items that reflect current culinary trends while meeting customer preferences.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain high hygiene levels throughout the kitchen.
