The Rudding Park team’s core purpose is to create timeless memories and instinctive care in exceptional spaces.
As a Breakfast Chef within Rudding Park you will be given full training across all areas of the kitchen and have the chance to work across multiple outlets within the resort. This will enable you to gain experience doing different food styles and services.
You will be expected to assist with the breakfast function within the kitchen and ensure the food goes out to the highest standard.
You will be working with a strong motivated kitchen team of experienced and passionate Chefs who promote collaboration and diligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Opening and supervising the Breakfast service
• Preparation of dishes using the best fresh & local produce
• Assist with the running of breakfast and lunch service within the kitchen
• Take pride in being responsible for helping to deliver high-quality food for our guests
• Work across all kitchens within the Rudding Park estate
• Work as a team, communicating with all kitchens and front of house team members
• Work individually and make decisions
• Deal with deliveries and stock rotation
• Maintain kitchen hygiene standard at all times
• Follow and adhere to all health & safety / COSHH protocol
• Do all the above whilst following the core values of Rudding Park.
