PART TIME BREAKFAST CHEF – TENBY GOLF CLUB

Tenby Golf Club is looking to recruit a dedicated Breakfast Chef to join our team in our newly built hospitality facility. Located on Wales’ oldest golf course—established in 1888—this exciting venue features:

• 22 en-suite bedrooms
• A 40-cover restaurant
• A 30-cover private dining room
• A stylish bar and coffee lounge

REQUIREMENTS:

• Able to start reliably at 6:30 AM
• Minimum of 1* years’ cooking experience*
• Confident managing the breakfast section independently
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow
• Positive, approachable attitude
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Proficient in spoken and written English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 in Catering
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent

• Prepare, cook, and present quality breakfast dishes and buffet service for up to 50 guests
• Ensure the breakfast area is fully stocked at all times
• Support the kitchen team during lunch service
• Maintain high standards of health, safety, and food hygiene
• Contribute to training and development of junior team members
• Monitor portion sizes and control food waste
• Assist with stock rotation and ordering
