Are you a morning person? We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our Kitchen team here at The Bell. We are a 16 bedroom hotel, and need an energetic individual to cook breakfast for our guests, to the highest standard.

EXPERIENCE

  • Hotel, restaurant or pub kitchen experience preferred
  • Enthusiasm to progress
  • Eager to learn
  • Experience working in busy working environment
Responsibilities
  • Preparation and production of food to agreed standards
  • High level of communication
  • Mise en place ready prior to service
  • Observation of hygiene regulations HACCP
  • Reliability and presentation
  • Helping the chefs with daily prep
  • Sorting out deliveries and storage
  • To run a smooth operation of Breakfast to our guests to highest standard
