The Boardwalk Pizzeria in Caroline Springs is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef for our Cafe Cantina by The Boardwalk. You will play a vital role in the business’ success by delivering high quality dishes to our guests, maintaining high and consistent food standards, and demonstrating your ability to work independently within a team.

The right candidate will work with the Kitchen team, and must be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays. A suitable candidate would also have:

  • a positive attitude with proactive manner and passionate
  • minimum 2 years of experience
  • fully qualified as a Chef
  • able to work under pressure on busy shifts
  • leadership and good communication skills

Your tasks and responsibilities would include:

  • maintaining highest attention to detail at all stages of the cooking process.
  • provide excellence in food preparation standards, quality, and presentation of final product.
  • assist head chef with menu development.
  • supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  • maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation.
