We are looking for an enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at [Hotel Name], a busy and welcoming hotel in the heart of Norfolk.
As Breakfast Chef, you will take pride in delivering a high-quality breakfast service that leaves our guests with a lasting impression to start their day. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes, from traditional full English to lighter, healthier options, ensuring consistency, taste, and presentation at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen in line with food safety standards.
  • Support stock control and ordering where required.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
  • Uphold the hotel’s reputation by delivering excellent quality and service.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or in a similar role.
  • Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
