Responsibilities

JOB ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and talented breakfast chef that can deliver consistently the high level of hot breakfast choices expected by our guests.
Primarily employed to work Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6a.m - 2p.m you will lead the kitchen team and work with the restaurant team to deliver consistently presented, well cooked breakfast plates for our discerning guests.
This will be a fast paced environment following all allergen, food safety and HACCP regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service.
  • Oversee food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
  • Train and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor kitchen operations to maintain efficiency during busy service periods.

Experience:
