We are looking for a breakfast chef to provide support to the smooth running of our kitchen at breakfast time with a high standard of production.
The main responsibilities of the role are to produce and present the dishes for the section in line with the cooking instructions and processes defined by the hotel. Ensure the dishes are well presented, of a high standard and at the right temperature. Deliver dishes in good time to suit guests’ wishes. Be actively involved in meeting the departments targets and create a good working atmosphere.
