We looking for a Breakfast chef to join our Culinary team. This person needs to be enthusiastic and innovative professional Chef who would like to join our team. You’ll gain first class experience, working alongside passionate chefs, in the most inspirational Culinary environment. This is an opportunity for you to become a key member of the team and have responsibility for the breakfast service and most importantly, ensuring our guests receive a truly memorable experience!
In this role you’ll be working 3/4 out of 7 days, from 6am to 10am/12pm.

Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role…

  • Preparing the highest quality breakfast items, based on our menu, and individualised orders to fulfil our guests’ particular requirements
  • Setting up and cleaning down the kitchen after breakfast, ensuring all areas are kept clean and hygienic, to the highest standard, at all times
  • Ordering breakfast items stock and ensuring accurate rotation
  • Assisting with lunch service preparation, ensuring all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time
  • Liaising and communicating with your colleagues across the Brigade and the wider Culinary team

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 20 per week
