Combine home grown ingredients in brand new kitchen facilities including a Wood Fire Oven.
Open every day with confirmed Two Night Fully Hosted Wedding stays, Food Events, Sunday Lunches and Food Festivals throughout the year.
Our Garden provides fresh home grown ingredients for our team, combined with the best of local produce.

We provide a diverse selection of meals:

  • Bakery including breads, desserts and treats.

You will be passionate, organised, hardworking and competent to work within a team or sometimes on your own.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Available to work mornings from 7am, week, weekends and bank holidays
  • Must have own transport due to location
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook breakfast items to high culinary standards, ensuring food safety protocols are followed.
  • Manage kitchen operations during breakfast service, including supervising kitchen staff and coordinating food production.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, adhering to hospitality standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
