We’re a friendly, independent bakery–café in the heart of North London, known for our freshly baked goods, delicious coffee, and warm atmosphere. We’re now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our close-knit team and help us serve the best breakfasts in town.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience working in a breakfast kitchen or similar fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to stay focused and efficient under pressure
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, safety standards, and allergen procedures
• A true team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
• Passion for great food and customer satisfaction

THE ROLE

As our Breakfast Chef, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of breakfast dishes to a high standard, ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen looking and tasting fantastic. You’ll work closely with our front-of-house and bakery teams to deliver a smooth service, even during our busiest mornings. The position is available from September with the possibility to start end of August.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare and cook breakfast menu items to consistent quality and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times
• Follow food hygiene and safety guidelines, including allergen awareness
• Support the team during busy periods with a calm and efficient approach
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure a smooth service
• Assist in stock rotation and kitchen organisation
