We’re looking for a dedicated and self-motivated Breakfast Chef to join our team with an immediate start - someone who’s comfortable working solo in the kitchen and can also take the lead when catering for events. This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who enjoys early starts and working independently. You’ll take full responsibility for the preparation and delivery of breakfast service and, on occasion, manage food preparation and service for private events, meetings, and functions held at the hotel.

• Plan, prepare, and cook breakfast for hotel guests to a high standard
• Set up and manage the breakfast area, ensuring presentation and cleanliness
• Oversee all kitchen operations during your shift
• Plan and deliver simple, high-quality menus for small events and functions
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times
• Manage stock levels and place orders when needed
• Work flexibly, including early mornings, weekends, and occasional evenings for events
