KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Education - Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate
• Skills and Experience - 1 year experience in a similar role
• Professional cooking experience
• Good English- both spoken and written

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

To cook and serve breakfast, prepare staff food and afternoon tea sandwiches and generally work alongside the rest of the kitchen team.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare all food for breakfast service
• Follow the company Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)
