As Breakfast Cook — this is a great opportunity to work in a scenic & supportive environment.ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality Breakfast meals across restaurant service and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes for the dining room
• Present an restock our country breakfast buffet
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area
• Manage kitchen ordering and inventory for breakfast service
• Adapting to changing service demands and team needs
• Assist afternoon teams with prep for the following shiftsWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential
• Experience in similar roles is highly regarded
• Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles
• Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude
• Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)
