Work location: Kirchberg in Tirol, Tyrol, Austria

Employment type: Full-time

Start date: Immediately

On behalf of our client, a 4-star superior hotel in Kirchberg in Tirol, Austria, we are looking for a breakfast chef (m/f/d)!

Tasks:

  • Independent preparation of a 4-star breakfast buffet for approximately 100–130 guests; working hours from 6:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.
  • Other tasks: Preparation of salads, desserts, staff meals, daily cakes, cleaning work and order management.
  • Ensuring cleanliness, safety and order in the work areas

Requirements:

  • Relevant professional experience
  • German language skills appropriate to the position
  • Independent working style
  • Experience in breakfast kitchens
  • Knowledge of the preparation of appetizers and desserts
  • Skill in the appealing presentation of food
  • Knowledge of hygiene regulations
