Easy Restaurant is a well-established Toronto breakfast spot with over 25 years of history. Known for our retro vibe, classic recipes, and generous platters, we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Cook to join our kitchen team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven kitchen experience, preferably in a breakfast restaurant or diner setting.
• Strong skills in cooking eggs and breakfast platters.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and lunch items, including eggs (all styles), omelets, pancakes, sandwiches, and platters.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation according to restaurant standards.
• Assist in preparing ingredients and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy breakfast and brunch hours.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely orders.
