Requirements Essential Job Functions: • Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to company recipes and quality standards. • Set up and stock cooking stations with all necessary ingredients and equipment. • Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner to support efficient kitchen operations during breakfast service. • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station at all times. • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. • Monitor product freshness, rotate inventory, and properly store ingredients. • Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service. • Assist with prep work, cleaning duties, and station breakdown at the end of the shift. • Maintain consistency, presentation, and portion control for all menu items. • Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen environment. Qualifications • Previous experience as a breakfast cook, line cook, or similar kitchen role preferred. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. • Strong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and breakfast preparation. • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work early morning shifts. • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift. • Ability to lift and carry items such as food products, trays, and kitchen supplies up to 30 lbs. • Ability to move quickly and safely within a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment. • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a busy and sometimes noisy environment. • Ability to safely use a step stool or ladder when necessary to reach supplies or equipment.
