Job Description Position Summary The Breakfast Cook helps with station assignments, maintains place, and prepares hot and cold foods for breakfast according to Food & Beverage department specifications. This position reports to the Food & Beverage Manager. Job Posting Deadline Applications for this position will be accepted until July 5, 2026. Essential Job Functions/Key Job Responsibilities • Cooks breakfast foods including eggs and breakfast meats • Set up station and mise en place to Chefs specifications • May be involved in sauté, grill, and roasting stations • Help organize kitchen items including, dry goods, kitchen equipment, storage containers, cleaning supplies, and food deliveries • Set up, work, and breakdown station • Maintain station cleanliness throughout shift • Submit production needs for following day by shift end • Other duties as assigned Qualifications Education, Experience, Skills • High School diploma or equivalent required • Two years of food preparation experience preferred • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities • Understanding of basic cooking techniques, food safety standards, and kitchen equipment • Knowledge of company policies and procedures • Understanding on how to assist customers and meet their needs effectively • Strong multitasking and time-management skills to ensure timely preparation and service • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Ability to work under pressure, especially during busy morning hours, while maintaining attention to detail and quality Additional Information Work Environment & Physical Demands • Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stand, walk or be on your feet for extended periods of time • Regularly work in wet, hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces • Must be able to occasionally lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. individually or with assistance (weight limits can vary according to position, but no more than 50) Job Benefits This position is classified as a regular full-time position eligible for the following benefits: Enrollment dates differ across the various programs. • Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Programs • Flexible Spending Account Programs • Life Insurance Programs • Paid Time Off Programs • Paid Leave Programs • 401(k) Savings Plan • Employee Ski Pass and Dependent Ski Passes • Other company perks The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
