Marlin operates a collection of lifestyle hotels, aparthotels & serviced apartments across the capital cities of London and Dublin. We have an exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Cook independently operate the kitchen operation for breakfast. The ideal Breakfast Cook will have experience in a culinary environment, preparing food and stock control.
This role will include early mornings, including 6am starts. We are looking for someone to work 16 hours a week.

WHAT SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Passionate about creating new dishes and delivering consistent high standards
• Ability to work independently and autonomously

WHAT EXPERIENCE WILL YOU NEED?

• A minimum of 1 year of working in a kitchen

• Preparing food for the continental buffet
• Cooking pastries, eggs and other warm items
• Helping to setup the buffet each morning
• Maintaining and refilling the buffet throughout service
• Ordering and storing the appropriate stock level
• Overseeing food hygiene and safety regulations within the kitchen
• Ensuring there is consistency in our breakfast offering
• Ensuring allergens are communicated to guests and FOH staff transparently
