BREAKFAST COOK – MONTBLEU ILLAWONG

Montbleu Illawong is looking for a reliable and passionate Breakfast Cook to join our café team. We’re known for combining Australian café culture with Korean and Japanese flavours, offering quality food and a welcoming atmosphere.
This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy café kitchen and takes pride in preparing great food for our customers.

• Cooking and plating breakfast dishes to a consistent standard
• Preparing ingredients and assisting with daily food prep
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
• Following food safety and hygiene practices
• Assisting with stock rotation and minimising waste
• Working as part of a supportive team during busy service periods
