Preparation of egg dishes, hot breakfast components and other breakfast specialties
Careful mise en place and organization of the daily workflow
Ensuring consistently high quality and appealing presentation of the food
Compliance with and implementation of our hygiene, quality and HACCP standards
Responsible handling of food and kitchen equipment
Close cooperation with the service and kitchen team ensures a smooth process.
Active participation in creating a warm and personal guest experience

Profile

Completed training as a cook or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in the hotel or catering industry, ideally in the breakfast area
Passion for high-quality cuisine and joy in preparing breakfast specialties
Creativity and a good sense of taste, quality and appealing presentation
High quality and hygiene awareness
Independent, structured and reliable work ethic
Team spirit, flexibility and a sense of responsibility
Good German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
Willingness to work early shifts and flexible working hours
