REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a breakfast chef or in a similar role
• Good knowledge of breakfast menus and cooking techniques
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently on a busy shift
• Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
• Punctual, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality food
  Early morning availability is essential. This role typically involves shifts between 6:30 AM and 11:00AM and you will generally work the same days however we will require someone who can be flexible.

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast items, including full English breakfasts, continental options, and our other selection of breakfast items.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to a high standard and in line with portion control and waste minimization policies
• Set up and stock the kitchen for breakfast service, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and available
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times, in accordance with food safety and health regulations
• Monitor food stock levels and assist with ordering as needed
• Clean down the kitchen after breakfast service and prepare for the next shift or day
