BREAKFAST CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR. LEWISHAM

Hourly Rate: £14
Working Hours: 6am – 11am. x2 shifts per week

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • A customer service professional with a background in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Well versed in kitchen regulations
  • Our operations run seamlessly with the support of a variety of technology systems and software; our Customer Service Assistant must be technologically astute.
Responsibilities
  • Meet & greet residents and guest with a warm, friendly and vibrant attitude.
  • Prepare, cook, and present a variety of breakfast foods in a timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace
  • Adhere to food safety regulations
  • Ensure residents and facilities are being well respected by all fellow residents and guests
  • Monitor produce stock levels and communicate needs to the site manager; assist in ordering produce to maintain appropriate inventory.
  • Respond to all questions, queries and requests in a helpful manner
  • Ensure the kitchen and breakfast areas are clean and tidy
  • Deep-clean specific equipment or appliances such as fridges & ovens as required.
  • Replenish refreshment stock, such as coffee beans, tea bags, milk and vending machine food products
  • Be the primary point of contact for any potential incident or emergency that may occur onsit
