Our Breakfast Duty Manager is responsible for overseeing our busy breakfast operations front of house across our two restaurants.
The Breakfast Duty Manager will be one of the first on site, setting up our restaurants and Buffets as per our standard operating procedure and opening checklists. They will plan out the service, creating shift plans and setting objectives and goals for the team.
This is a key role as part of our senior leadership team here at Chessington World Of adventures.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Experience within a busy Food & Beverage environment
• Experience Leading a team
• Ability to cope well with pressure and high volume
• A passion for people, service and food
• Be a morning person! Our Breakfast Managers are needed from 6am
• Strong communication skills
• Must have high standards of operational excellence
