We currently have the opportunity for a customer service orientated professional to join our friendly & service focused Food & Beverage team on a full-time basis in the role of a Breakfast Food & Beverage Supervisor. Our next Food & Beverage Supervisor will be someone that is born for the Hospitality Industry, who will go above and beyond to ensure our reputation for outstanding service is uphold.

The Brisbane Airport Hotels Group encompasses the Pullman, Novotel and ibis Brisbane Airport Hotels, as well as the Brisbane Airport Conference Centre. With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.

• Assisting the Food & Beverage Manager with day-to-day operations of all Food & Beverage outlets.
• Maintain a constant focus on providing excellent guest experience at all times.
• Lead, mentor and train the food & beverage team, ensuring a fun and energetic working environment.
• Assist in recruitment and induction of new team members.
• Ensure that team members are briefed on all specials and standard menu items.
• Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment.
• Handle any escalated guest complaints
• Provide courteous, efficient and professional service to exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure accuracy whilst ordering and delivering food and beverage orders.
• Know the hotel products & facilities and upsell at every opportunity.
• Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation.
• Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests or delayed meals.
• Supervise day to day food & beverage requirements.
