As ambassador, you will take care of the guests from the moment they arrive through to their departure by ensuring they have a memorable experience with us. Serves guests (provides waiter service and clears away), in line with the Breakfast concept Provides a high standard of service both in terms of welcome and waiter service. Main responsibilities: Greet customers, make suggestions, answer and present the breakfast buffet Answer all questions about beverages and the food Ensure quality service in the Breakfast area and kitchen Use sales techniques to retain customers and attract more Apply health regulations relating to cleanliness Apply safety regulations Comply with equipment usage guidelines Comply with maintenance guidelines for the restaurant Ensure your work area is clean Organize your work and work area professionally Clean and clear the breakfast area Do all other tasks as required by the supervisor Qualifications Previous hotel experience preferable Guest oriented & problem solver. Additional Information This is part time position 2 days per week (Fridays and Saturdays) Rotating roster mix of early shifts (6.30 to 2.48pm) Available to work week days and weekends.
