Description The Home2 Suites Plymouth is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Breakfast attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an exceptional breakfast experience by providing excellent service, maintaining a clean and well-stocked breakfast area, and adhering to food safety standards. Hours: 5:30am - 10am during the week and 6:30am - 11:30am on weekends. Day shifts: Thursday - Sunday or Friday - Monday. What is in it for YOU? Essential Functions: - Breakfast Host Welcomes and thanks all guest for their patronage. Set up breakfast stations. Maintain appropriate quantity of food and beverage at hot, cold and beverage stations during breakfast hours. Keep area clean and stocked. Interact with guests pleasantly during shift. Put away breakfast at the end of the shift. Cleaning of kitchen and breakfast area at the end of the shift. Performs routine daily tasks as set forth in the daily checklist. Knowledge on facilities and amenities associated with the hotel. Communicate with guest and employees both verbally and in writing. Supportive Functions: Assist all guests as necessary to ensure a positive experience. Any other tasks as requested by direct supervisor or other hotel management staff. Requirements Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees and guests. Organizational skills. Our hotel functions seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.
