Responsibilities
  • You manage the operational aspects of the early shift (breakfast & lunch).
  • You help guests get the ideal start to the day with a fantastic breakfast, serve a la carte dishes and make sure the buffet always looks top notch
  • You never lose sight of the big picture when things get busy and can properly guide and deploy your team
  • You successfully put creative and innovative F&B concepts into practice. Perhaps you also have your own ideas that you would like to contribute?
  • You communicate clearly with your superiors and other departments, and you are a real team player.
  • You enjoy passing on your extensive knowledge to the team and especially to the trainees.
  • You are no stranger to social media, and you regularly provide content for our marketing team
