Hilton Mystic is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Breakfast Line Cook (AM) to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide variety of breakfast items, ensuring high quality and consistency to provide an exceptional guest experience. You will work early morning shifts to support our breakfast service, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment while adhering to food safety standards. RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare and cook breakfast menu items according to Hilton Mystic’s recipes and quality standards. * Ensure all food is prepared in a timely and efficient manner to meet service demands. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and cooking stations. * Monitor inventory and notify management of supply needs. * Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. * Collaborate with the culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure excellent guest service. * Assist in training new kitchen staff as needed. REQUIREMENTS * Previous experience as a line cook or similar culinary role preferred. * Strong knowledge of breakfast food preparation and cooking techniques. * Ability to work early morning shifts reliably. * Attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Food handler’s certification is a plus.
