The Award Winning Lace Market Hotel is a 51 bedroom boutique hotel situated in the heart of the historic Lace Market. If you love early mornings and ensuring that every guest gets the best start to the day then we have just the role for you.
We are currently recruiting for a chef (around 32-38 hours a week). You will be responsible for ensuring our continental buffet is topped up and looking amazing and that every guest receives a freshly prepared hot breakfast, cooked to order and served to the table from a choice of dishes from our menu, we also have a lunch menu that runs to 7pm meaning some afternoon shifts will be needed.
You will also be responsible for taking in any early morning deliveries and ensuring all correct paperwork is completed; whilst also ensuring all company standard health and safety processes are adhered to on a daily basis.
It can be a fast paced role and you will have to be able to work well on your own to prioritise jobs to ensure everything is delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Experience in a similar role is essential and full training will be given on our standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
