• Greet guests with a genuine, friendly welcome
• Share menu highlights and offer thoughtful suggestions
• Take and enter orders accurately, accommodating dietary needs and preferences
• Serve coffee, tea, specialty beverages, and morning cocktails with care and timing
• Stay attentive without being intrusive, ensuring guests feel looked after
• Clear and reset tables quickly, keeping the dining room clean and comfortable
• Keep service areas tidy, stocked, and organized
• Process payments accurately and wrap up visits on a positive note
