JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are currently seeking a friendly, energetic, professional Full-Time Breakfast Server , to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be available to work early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Own Transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Welcoming and seating guests in a prompt and professional manner.
• Taking and serving breakfast orders accurately and efficiently.
• Providing detailed information about our menu, and making recommendations.
• Verifying that all food and beverages meet the Pacini quality standards before serving to guests.
• Responding to guest inquiries, addressing concerns and providing solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Processing cash and card payments accurately.
• Assisting in the setup, restocking, and cleaning of dining areas before, during, and after service hours.
• Complying with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Cooperating and communicating with all team members to provide exceptional guest experiences.
• Read and execute the specifications listed on the Banquet Event Order.
• Attend all pre-shift meetings to ensure events flow smoothly.
