We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food service and customer satisfaction, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent guest services, taking orders, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous restaurant experience in a food service role is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an advantage.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• A passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest services.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the TOAST POS system.
• Provide recommendations to guests, including upselling menu items to enhance their dining experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and basic math for processing payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and serving stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Adhere to all food handling guidelines and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment.
