We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic breakfast Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring guests have an enjoyable breakfast experience, from taking orders to delivering food and drinks promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in the food service industry or restaurant setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, is an advantage.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with guests and team members alike.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, specifically Micros POS, ensuring all details are captured correctly.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
• Manage time effectively to ensure that all guests receive prompt service while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
• Uphold sanitation standards by regularly cleaning tables, utensils, and work areas.
