Description The Hilton Garden Inn, managed by Essex Hotel Management, is currently seeking a breakfast server for our on-site restaurant. As an AM Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests during breakfast and lunch hours. You will be expected to take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure that our guests have a pleasant dining experience. Responsibilities: - Greet guests and take their orders promptly and accurately - Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner - Ensure that guests have everything they need throughout their meal - Answer any questions guests may have about the menu or restaurant - Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized dining area - Assist with opening and closing duties as needed What are we looking for? Requirements - Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred - Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds - Flexibility to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
