Meikleour Estate is looking for an experienced Breakfast Server for its award winning boutique hotel and restaurant The Meikleour Arms (AA BEST GUEST ACCOMMODATION 2022, 4 Star Gold, 1 Rosette). Being part of the same family for 200 years the Hotel is located in the centre of the beautiful conservation village of Meikleour near Blairgowrie. It is a high-end boutique hotel with a beautiful award winning restaurant attracting a varied customer base all year long: locals, salmon anglers, golfers, shooting parties, and holiday makers.
Punctuality, reliability, great communication and presentation, attention to details and team spirit is a must. As part of a team you will be serving breakfast to our guests who are looking for a great start to their day!
We serve over 60 breakfasts in the morning and once complete, breakfast will be cleared and set-up for our lunch-time service.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Minimum 1-year previous experience of FOH.
  • Our hotel can be a dynamic working environment and requires its staff to enjoy working and being part of a team.
  • Meikleour Arms Hotel is in a rural area with limited public transport, particularly on weekends.
  • Please do not apply if you don’t have your own transport to get to us.
  • This opportunity does not qualify for sponsorship. To be considered for this role, you must have the right to work in the UK with appropriate checks done before employment.
