REQUIREMENTS:

• Shifts start at 6am so access to own transport is reccommended.
• Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a strong commitment to hospitality.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to our service standards.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Provide detailed menu knowledge and make recommendations.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or requests.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Upsell menu items and promote specials.
• Continuously improve your knowledge of food, beverages, and service standards.
