Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily breakfast service and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Support the Executive Chef and Head Chef in menu planning, ordering, and stock control.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate the breakfast kitchen team.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
  • Assist with rostering, scheduling, and managing kitchen costs.
  • Deliver creative, seasonal, and high-quality breakfast dishes.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume or premium setting.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain high standards.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
