ABOUT THE ROLE

The Wild Rabbit nestled in the picturesque Cotswolds village of Kingham, Gloucestershire is looking for a passionate and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to join their front of house team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a calm, guest-focused environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences through warm hospitality and beautifully presented food for our residents and cottage guests.
SALARY: £12.95 per hour plus tronc
HOURS: 45 hours, including weekends.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the breakfast service, ensuring efficiency, quality, and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Lead and support the front-of-house team, setting the tone for excellent guest interactions and striving for excellence.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and food safety.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service.
  • Manage inventory and stock rotation for breakfast items, ensuring freshness and availability.
  • Ensure the team have a thorough knowledge of all dishes bringing them “to life” in conversation with guests and awareness of potential allergens.
  • Keep a constant attentive eye on the timings and flow of the table service.
  • Conducting team briefings to align the team on priorities, guest profiles, and service goals.
  • Ensure all team members maintain a high standard of personal presentation.
