Pay Rate : Hourly - Nmw (negotiable depending on experience)

The Role: Serving guests breakfasts and coffee mid morning along with serving lunches and afternoon teas.

• Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Take and deliver customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
• Prepare set ups for tables and/or rooms
• Serve guests breakfasts in an efficient and friendly manner
• Follow cash handling procedures
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Ensure cleanliness of work areas
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
• Comply with local licensing laws
• Be environmentally aware
• Full Time although Part Time may be able to be offered. ( 30-40 hours per week ,5 Days , 6:30am - 2:30pm M-F and 7am-3pm S-S )
• 50% Ratio working weekends
