Responsibilities

As a Breakfast Supervisor you will be working with the team to deliver a professional and thoughtful experience, having an in-depth understanding of the menu, ability to share our story and ensuring attention to detail at each guest interaction. Responsibilities

  • A champion in demonstrating and encouraging our warm welcome and thoughtful farewell.
  • Serve breakfast to guests in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Ensure food safety standards are met during food preparation and when serving.
  • Utilize hospitality skills to provide exceptional guest services.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience.
  • Ensuring the setting of the restaurant is correct and to our standard.
  • Assist with basic kitchen tasks such as food preparation and cooking.
  • Reporting and actioning guest feedback within the designated time allocation.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management to ensure smooth breakfast service.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new starters.
  • Thoughtful and clear leaderships skills.
