JOB OVERVIEW

The Breakfast Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the breakfast service in a fast-paced dining environment. This role requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure that all food service standards are met while providing exceptional customer service. The Breakfast Manager will lead a team of staff, manage inventory, and maintain food safety protocols to create a welcoming and efficient breakfast experience for guests.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in food service management, preferably in quick service or casual dining environments.
  • Strong culinary skills with experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management.
  • Familiarity with inventory control processes and budgeting within a restaurant setting.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively, demonstrating strong supervisory experience.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations to ensure compliance in all operations.
  • Experience with training & development programs for staff enhancement.
  • Background in restaurant management or fine dining experience is a plus.

  • Supervise and train breakfast staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and service.
  • Manage daily operations including food preparation, cooking, and serving breakfast items.
  • Oversee inventory control and ordering of supplies to maintain adequate stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff in areas such as customer service, food handling, and kitchen management.
  • Provide leadership and support during busy shifts, ensuring smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members as necessary.
