JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Breakfast Manager to oversee our breakfast service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of food preparation and service, while also managing a team to deliver exceptional hospitality to our guests. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming atmosphere and maintaining the quality of our breakfast offerings.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Excellent culinary skills with a keen understanding of food safety regulations.
  • Background in hospitality with a focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Familiarity with kitchen operations, including food production processes and equipment maintenance.
  • Experience as a barista is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with both staff and guests.
