We are looking for a breakfast supervisor to join our team here at The Bell Inn Langford, taking over the running of our breakfast shift Monday to Friday, for our 8 bedrooms. Starting at 6.30am, the shift is until 11am. If the right candidate wanted more hours, they could continue into the lunch shift.
We will provide all the relevant training for the right candidate, but we do require at least one years experience working front of house in hospitality.
Due to the individual working nature of the Breakfast shift, the candidate has to be over 18 years old.

-Overseeing the smooth operation of the Restaurant.
-Confidence in working independently, delivering perfect service.
-Ensuring all morning paperwork is completed and filed properly.
-Completing opening procedures efficiently.

-Excellent customer service and social skills.
-Ability to work closely with both Management and Colleagues to deliver the best result.
-Attention to detail - maintaining personal standards and demanding the same from others.
-Confidence in managing multiple tables simultaneously.
