Are you an early riser and love mornings? We are looking for a Breakfast Supervisor with a bright and cheerful personality to deliver 5 star service standards and support our food and beverage operation. Shift times are generally between 6.30 – 4.30 pm.
The role:
As Breakfast Supervisor, you will bring an early morning smile and your engaging personality to consistently deliver the best start to the day for our guests. Supporting our Breakfast Manager, you will take responsibility for the daily coaching and development of your team and take ownership of our guests’ individual needs, providing them with the highest level of hospitality and service.

We are looking for:

• Previous food and beverage experience, ideally as Breakfast Supervisor working in a luxury hotel or similar property
• Superb guest service skills with a background of exceeding guest expectations
• Great product knowledge
• Excellent standard of written and spoken English
• An engaging personality, able to communicate at all levels
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Pride and precision in your work
