We’re looking for a Breakfast Team Leader to lead the morning team at our stylish Mercure Bridgwater hotel, home to the renowned Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill. As Breakfast Supervisor, you’ll take responsibility for ensuring our breakfast service runs smoothly, delivering a fantastic start to our guests’ day. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and uphold our high standards for quality and hospitality.
