QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B industry (hotel, restaurant, etc.)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks.
• Positive attitude and a passion for exceeding guest expectations.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Breakfast Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences within our Brasserie,and other food and beverage operations. You will lead a diverse team while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth Breakfast service and adherence to brand standards.
• Motivate, coach, and develop your team members, providing ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food and beverage delivery.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new F&B initiatives and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
