Malmaison is looking for enthusiastic, professional individuals who want to work in a busy Food and Beverage environment. As a Breakfast Waiter in Malmaison you will be the first person our Guests see in the morning. You will work set shifts 6:30-3 or 7:30-4 and look after breakfast service and brunch.

OUR BREAKFAST WAITERS ARE THE FACE OF THE RESTAURANT, HELP CONTROL THE FLOW, AND ENSURE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN THE KITCHEN AND THE F&B MANAGER TO ENSURE SMOOTH AND CONTROLLED DINING EXPERIENCE FOR OUR GUESTS.

As a Breakfast Waiter in Malmaison you will be tasked with delivering the brand standards on a daily basis, you will strive to exceed our Guests expectations and will be a people focus’d and organised individual.
